Hire the watch. Keep the control.
SectorX gives hosting companies, ISPs and MSPs AI employees for support (T1–T3), billing, NOC, SOC, CISO work and development. They read your history, work your channels, and act only as far as a human manager has allowed — with every step on record.

Roles built for infrastructure work
Each employee is a role with procedures, tools, limits and a named human manager — not a chatbot. They are AI, they say so to the people they talk to, and anyone can ask for a person.
Support engineer
Three tiers in one line of defence. T1 answers tickets, email, WhatsApp and chat in Hebrew, English, Dutch and Russian; T2 digs into mail flow, DNS, web stacks and VPS issues with read-only tools and approved runbooks; T3 takes the deep cases and hands a human a complete brief when it needs one.
Billing manager
Answers billing questions from live data, matches payments across your billing system, accounting, the bank and PayPal, prepares receipts and reminders, and reports to management. Money never moves without approval.
NOC engineer
Triages monitoring alerts, correlates sources, writes the incident brief in minutes and fixes restart-class problems on non-critical hosts — once it has earned that.
SOC analyst
AI-assisted, human-supervised: verdicts on alerts, IOC enrichment from your own history, virtual-patch drafts for review, abuse and phishing handling.
CISO
Keeps the security programme moving: risk register, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence from the event log, policy reviews, access reviews and supplier checks — and a clear weekly report for management. Decisions stay with people.
Developer
Turns small, well-specified changes into tested pull requests and answers code questions. Merges need a human; production deploys are never its job.
Autonomy is earned per task
Every employee starts in shadow on your real traffic. Each kind of task moves up only when the numbers and its manager say so — and moves down automatically when something goes wrong.
Works every case; humans see the proposals, customers don't.
Prepares the reply or action; a manager approves from a phone.
Handles reversible work on its own and reports it daily.
Pre-approved, high-volume tasks within budget, sampled for review.
- Payments, credits, refunds, suspensions and server power actions always need a human.
- Policy is enforced outside the model: an employee cannot do what its rules don't allow.
- Every answer cites the records or live data it relied on.
- Credentials never enter the AI's workspace; tools hold them and enforce limits.
- Secrets are redacted before any model sees text, in four languages.
- Every action is replayable from an audit log fit for ISO 27001 evidence.
Cloud, hybrid or sovereign
Local models first, on our own GPUs. Frontier models only where your policy allows it, with personal data masked first.
| Mode | What stays where | For |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud | Everything on Interhost infrastructure in the Netherlands and Israel, encrypted per tenant. | Fastest start |
| Hybrid | Management in our cloud; your raw data and credentials stay on a node inside your network. | Regulated teams |
| Sovereign | Everything on your hardware, including the models. | Strict data rules |
Built and proven first at Interhost, a hosting and infrastructure company operating in the Netherlands and Israel.
Works inside the systems you already run
SectorX does not replace your billing, ticketing or monitoring. Its employees use them, through tools with scoped permissions.
